Question 1

What is Code Catering?

Accepted Answer

We're a Sydney-based corporate caterer with a tech-first platform. Fresh lunch boxes, platters and morning tea — ordered online, delivered in 30-minute windows.

Question 2

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to more than 200 suburbs from our Sydney Olympic Park kitchen — across the Inner West, Ryde, Parramatta, the CBD and city fringe, and the lower North Shore. Enter your suburb when you order to see your delivery fee.

Question 3

What's the minimum order?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your suburb: each delivery has a minimum food order of $100 near our Sydney Olympic Park kitchen, $150 a little further out and $250 for our furthest suburbs. No minimum for pickup.

Question 4

How far in advance do I need to order?

Accepted Answer

Order by 11:00 AM the business day before. We deliver Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Large orders (50+ people) are best with 48 hours notice.

Question 5

How does group ordering work?

Accepted Answer

Create a group order and share the link with your team. Everyone picks their own meal, with dietary labels on every dish. You review and submit.

Question 6

Can I set up a recurring weekly order?

Accepted Answer

Yes — standing orders. Pick the days, set the delivery time, and we deliver automatically every week. Skip weeks when you need to.

Question 7

How do you handle dietary requirements?

Accepted Answer

Every item is tagged with dietary labels. Filter the menu by dietary needs. Group orders let each person select their own requirements. Every box is individually labelled.

Question 8

Are you HACCP compliant?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our kitchen is HACCP compliant.

Question 9

How does company account invoicing work?

Accepted Answer

Ask us to turn on invoicing for your company account, then choose Company Invoice at checkout. Your orders go on a monthly invoice with 14-day payment terms unless agreed otherwise.

Question 10

What are 30-minute delivery windows?

Accepted Answer

Pick a delivery slot and we arrive within that 30-minute window. Not sometime between 11 and 1 — an actual 30-minute window.

Question 11

Do you cater for events and large groups?

Accepted Answer

Regularly. From 20-person workshops to 500+ conferences. Group ordering handles individual selections, or bulk-order platters and lunch boxes.
